We offer delicious homemade foods custom ordered to fit your event. Catering is not just about food, it is about making people feel special, and loved, and we support love for ALL! Feeding people is an important part of our lives–we love to cater and it shows!

We offer just the right services for every event. Your unique catering quote is based not only on the meal chosen, but the service hours on site, and every event is different.
We have two kitchens, one here in Welches and the mobile kitchen that we use on site.
For a “Food Truck” experience, consider the mobile option. We offer “Window Service” where guests can pick their entree and proceed to the buffet for the rest of the meal. We built our mobile commercial kitchen in order to best serve you and provide food that is freshly made on-site!

Pricing for catering has many variables and in order to provide a more accurate quote it is often necessary to ask a few questions to determine exactly what your needs are.
Our quotes are divided by food and beverage, event service and rentals. We offer buffet style, family style and plated service. Appetizers can be served stationed or passed at no additional cost.
On average a minimum guest counts of 100 for buffet style service with a meal including 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 salad, 1 side and your choice of bread the price per guest is $40 pp. Guest count under 100 will be quoted.
Your menu is customized to your dietary concerns, tastes, seasonal ingredients, venue and other considerations. Additional appetizers, sides, salads and desserts can be added for a additional cost. We work with you to create a meal that you will be proud to serve your friends and family.
Event service is based on a number of things as well. We arrive 2 hours prior to your appetizer being served, allowing us time to set up as well as cook on site in our mobile commercial kitchen. Service costs are estimated in advance based on guest arrival time, ceremony time etc. Service is billed at $35 per hour per staff person.
Rentals of china, linens and tableware can be facilitated by Busy Bee at no additional charge for off-site catering and are included in the rental fee at Alpine Events.
